  • Opening and closing of the facility.
  • Answering multi-line phone systems and greeting callers enthusiastically.
  • Handling customer check ins and sign ups.
  • Taking payments and reconciling register sales and receipts and determining if register tape matched total sales in the system.
  • Delivering information to visitors, including details of interest about facility, rules, policies and promotional events which included taking clients on tours of the facility.
