Finishing Operations Manager (2008 - 2011) - Responsible for production planning, scheduling, coordination of hiring and training, budgeting and forecasting. Managed two hundred fifty manufacturing associates, six supervisors, and three customer focus groups (Ford, Chrysler, and BMW).
