Built from scratch a marketing and sales organization that fostered growth in the institutional, high net worth and sub-advisory markets of $13 billion in the firm's first three years of offering investment advisory services to third party marketplace.
Cultivated clients, including pensions, endowments, foundations, banks, broker dealers, financial planning firms, DC plans, corporations and consultants in the US and overseas.
Established a partnership with parent company's retail sales Group to grow sub advised retail business combining for firm-wide assets under management of $25 billion by 2005.
Numerous product developments were undertaken and successfully launched during this time.
Built complete service organization to support the institutional, high net worth and sub-advisory client base.
Following a lift-out of the firm's San Francisco based growth equity team in 2005, worked to acquire a small investment team which we successfully integrated into TIM's investment operations.
Subsequently, as a member of the combined companies' Management Committee, focused on rebuilding relationships and enhancing business with AEGON.
This included pioneering an effort to consolidate three different fund families into one and working with domestic and international AEGON investment teams to source funds for TIM.

Initiated a vision to combine three mutual fund businesses at AEGON/Transamerica (IDEX/Premier/Diversified) and partnered with various centers of influence to complete the execution of this strategy.
Established a partnership focused on growth with our sister company, Transamerica Capital, to promote TIM- managed mutual fund and separate account products through their distribution system, increasing assets from 100 million to over $10 billion.
