Managed team of 5 executive board members to spearhead the coordination and implementation of the chapter's social, service and philanthropy events. Oversaw all tasks delegated to board members and was in constant conversation with the CEO of the co-ed fraternity. Responsible for the entire chapter, including all 49 members.
Worked independently and as part of a team to research the prevention of abdominal adhesions. Presented the findings of the research to Azusa Pacific University on Fall Research Day.
Patrolled the facility and served as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions. Responded quickly to medical emergencies, bomb threats and fire alarms.
Went with a team on monthly trips to Mexico to aid mobile clinics. Learned how to take patient history, vitals and how to read prescriptions. Fall 2011-Spring 2012
Participated in various community service projects from Fall 2011 to current with Phi Delta Epsilon. Community service included helping at food banks, making blankets for veterans hospitals, and visiting the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.
