Improved internal operations by upgrading software/hardware, internal financial management, and stressing collaboration among four market divisions. Enhanced strategic alliances with other copyright/IP trade associations to strengthen public policy effectiveness. Managed the planning and implementation of the acquisition of a smaller PreK-12 educational publishing association, which increased AAP membership by 1/3.
