  • Key drivers of the process were determining on a per acre basis, strategic fit, timber NPV, and the ability to capture premium values to timber.
  • In conjunction with Portfolio Adjustment Group, lead "Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company" with the objective of identifying and receiving timber acres that had premiums to timber value by creating attractive parcel size for the market and efficiently investing capital as necessary to maximize NPV and free cash flow back to the parent company.
