Tuomey Healthcare, now part of the Prisma Healthcare family, allowed me to grow from a nurse tech into a staff nurse, nursing director, nursing supervisor and healthcare recruiter. An especially fun learning experience was starting an acute rehabilitation unit with no staff and a renovated unit. Responsibility for fiscal management, staffing and compliance were life long learning experiences that allowed me opportunity for much growth.
