From 2009 thru present we have doubled our yearly top line sales in boats and continue to grow this business. Named the largest Ranger dealer in the world in 2011, and in 2015 we were honored to be named the "Ranger Dealer of the Year". Had numerous top 5 volume awards with Ranger including 2015 and 2016 being the second largest dealer in the world. Achieved the largest dealer in the US with Lowe boats for the 2012,2014, and 2015 model years. Top five volume dealer with Lowe for past 9 years. We are also the largest volume location within the Cabela's chain and have been named the Cabela's Powersports "Store of the Year" three times including 2015. Served on the Lowe Dealer Council now for the past 8 years, as well as serving on the Ranger Dealer Advisory Council in 2016. In 2013 received the Mercury CSI award.

Had 6 salaried managers that reported to me from the individual departments, with 175 employees. Dealt with firearm regulations, customer service issues, inventory management, loss prevention, merchandising, staffing, opening and closing duties for the store. Was one of 4 key carrying managers for a $65,000,000 retail store
