  • Provide direct litigation support for three Assistant United States Attorneys, involving the following responsibilities:
  • Preparing voluminous and complex legal documents, to include: complaints, indictments, search warrants, affidavits, motions, orders, responses, pleadings, jury instructions, trial exhibits, grand jury and trial subpoenas.
  • Electronic case filing and management.
  • Reviewing and organizing materials for trial, to include: briefing, exhibit preparation and organization of all necessary trial related materials.
  • Using online legal research and resources, including citation review.
  • Scheduling and calendar management, to include: docketing and calendar management for active case related events (i.e., interviews, evidence review, court hearings, briefings and appeals, etc.).
  • Grand Jury Coordinator for Spokane office since December 2014.
  • Experience includes primary involvement in preparation of a complex Title III wire intercept cases and civil rights investigations and prosecution.
