- Twenty year career as an independent musician in Maine. Handled all aspects of business management, booking, budgeting, promotion, etc. Played more than 2,000 shows in every corner of Maine and beyond and released 13 recordings of all original music.

The family friendly event featured a full day of a wide variety of musical performances, on 2 stages, a food truck vending area, a kids play area and a little something for everyone. At it's peak Arootsakoostik was seeing crowds of 850+ folks from all ages and walks of life and from all over Maine and beyond. Many notable Maine bands have played the event over the years including Ghost of Paul Revere, The Mallett Brothers Band, Toughcats, Lady Lamb, Jaw Gems and many more. Arootsakoostik has also raised money and donations for local charitable organizations, food pantries and organizations.
- I Oversaw all aspects of event production. From Soliciting sponsorship and donations to curating and booking the talent. From budgeting to promotion, from decorating the festival grounds to performing. I would cut the grass and paint the benches, help sell tickets and help park cars, help make posters and help make sandwiches, rent the portapottys and pay the bands. I would do it all with the help of a small group of family and friends and I loved it every minute of it.
