I have been with Costco for two years, within that time I have learned almost every department in Member Service. I was granted the opportunity to mentor new agents. I'm very flexible, I can adjust to any situation. Willing to have a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business. Currently, I am on the back up email team. I am very interested in becoming full time. I have learned all areas of Member Services except Business Delivery. I am already on a list to be trained in that department. I feel it is time to move on to a new adventure. I love what I do and serving our members. I am a fast learner. I can type 40 wpm and I feel that I can communicate better in writing. I believe that I can full fill the tasks to succeed in this department.
With this position I was a customer service rep via phone. Worked a lot on the computer typing and talking with customers to trouble shoot and resolve issues with major appliances. I also sold parts for those major appliance. We had to send emails and fax's to service providers , explaining in detail the issues with appliance and what has been done to trouble shoot.
For this position it was customer service working with clients with a protection plan on their credit card. We would verify information and submit claims.
