With my Position at Principal Financial Group I was with their Specialty Benefits Department. Here I accepted calls from insurance providers, members and internal departments. I would make changes to current records and answer questions on their current policies. These could vary from dental, vision, live and disability. I would communicate internally as well on a corporate level. When needed the appropriate documents to handle filing deadlines. I handled training sessions for both new and refresher training for current employees.
As a lead teller I handled the many duties of servicing customer accounts. I handled all orders of supplies for the department. I would assist in balancing ATMs daily, personal drawer, and vault daily. I helped lead annual bank audits performed by the corporate office. I honored the privacy of each customer and followed compliance requirements. I would assist in making changes to personal records and making deposits and loan payments for Retail and Corporate customers. As a Lead Teller and Customer Service Representative at Wells Fargo Bank we also had quarterly sales goals.
