Responsible for increasing Inventory numbers, with a successful Inventory scan rate of approx 98%, a 35% increase which helped us attain 100% SLA compliance for the first time since FY2000.
We accomplished this by developing automation scripts to fix endpoints.
As a result, endpoint health rose from 40% to 98% in 4-6 months.
