operating hospitals, one in Bogota (400 beds) and

America. The joint venture also invested in the development of a
brand new 220 bed hospital in Cartagena and
purchased a share of a Colombian hospital operating group, which
currently operates three hospitals throughout
Colombia, with a total of 800 beds.
Jointly with the two additional Rizk Ventures'
managing partners created the Rizk Ventures' US suburban office
operating platform, Workspace Property Trust, in 2015. This platform currently
owns 149 suburban
buildings with over 10 million square feet.
Participated in the acquisition of Workforce RX, an
IT system that analyzes the operational efficiency of
and thereafter helps the hospital implement the appropriate operational changes
to make the hospital
