At one point in my life I was a Gung-Ho!!! kinda guy. I was always on the go and working all the time. I held multiple jobs for a few years. One unfortunate night I suffered a Heart Attack while working. Sadly that heart attack cost me more than my income. Prior to that, my dedication to my work stood paramount. I was with Advance for close to a decade prior to such. After I got to a point to where I felt healthy enough to return to the workforce, I went back to Advance. My Loyalty is a huge part of who I am. That company has always been good to me, and I have returned such decency in return. I seek to locate a place where I can rest my hat once again. A place where I can envision a retirement and an opportunity to grow. I feel I have much to offer in my skillset, even though I feel Im half the "work-horse" I use to be.
As a Manager / Keyholder its my job to secure daily assets. Such as Returns, Cores, Defects and all other inventory substance as well as the night deposits. I am also responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the store in preparation for the follow day's business. I address all warranty concerns and deescalate disgruntle situations with our customer base. Telecommunications is also a part of my job, as is all employees. I regulate our outtage/inventory needs and order the things we are lacking. Another aspect of my job is the setting of "planograms" (store inventory layouts). Working hand-in-hand with our Commerical customers is also a priviledge I have been awarded. Though, it was not due to my position as management, but my adherence to customer support and my understanding of their needs. I mainly try to ensure that each customer has the best experience possible when frequenting our facility.
My Job as the Driver was to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of each of the customer's orders. Following all the guidelines of the motor vehicle policy. Essential part of this job was ensuring accurate part picking upon receiving the order.
The cashier's Job is to be the face of the store. To greet and excel at making the customer have the best experience possible. Digging deep into the root of their issues and solving any and all problems they might have. In all cases available, placing the perfect part into the hands of the customer based on their needs.
