Accountable for developing processes that conform to Wisconsin Standards while targeting quality improvements to build engagement with families and the community.
Taught one semester for the Collaborative MSW Program SW 728 "Advanced Social Welfare Policy Analysis" in Fall of 2013.
Taught "Separation, Placement & Reunification", a three day foundation course for child welfare staff in addition to other coursework requested by the Partnership.
Supervised a team of 28 social workers and two paraprofessionals performing all of the duties of a child protective organization. Dealt with all supervisor decisions while on-boarding a new manager.
Worked as a social worker providing on-going child protective services in a large size county for 16 years. Performed all aspects of the job from Intake to Termination of Parental Rights.
Between 1990 and 1993 took three graduate level courses on "Systems of Marriage and Family Therapy". Instructors: Jeffrey Stumbras and Linda Schwallie. Received A's in all three courses.
Certified Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin since 1993.
