  • Manage end-to-end quality and regulatory testing program for all non-cosmetic categories – including juvenile items, apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty implements, jewelry and watch, housewares, decorative and gift, and juvenile products. Oversees quality management for 2000+ annual SKUs totaling more than $140 million in gross sales.

Responsible for entire die cast product life-cycle from initial concept, assisting US and Chinese based engineers with technical data, debugging tooling, product design, forecasting, brand development, and packaging development.
  • Conceptualized and developed new products for collector and mass retail product lines in die cast and vehicle remote control. Managed complete life cycle development for all OEM and Private Label die cast collectible products for partners such as 3M, Wix Filters, Exxon/Mobil, Roush Performance Parts, and Ford Motor Company. Managed production for over 500 yearly individual SKUs for Motorsports Authentics and OEM product lines.
  • Delivered entire start of season product line on time with minimal extra shipping charges for the first time in the 15 year combined history of both Action Performance Companies and Motorsports Authentics in 2007 and again in 2008.
