Performed general radiography in a Internal medicine office and was trained in the Mayo Clinic lab for two months in phlebotomy and performed bloodwork and all lab tests on patients daily. Prepared a daily pickup from courier to take to Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville. Assisted nursing staff with getting patients ready for physicians to see by taking their vital signs and getting chart notes for that day. Registered patients and created orders for radiologic and blood tests.
I prepared lab work test results on charts and placed on physicians desk daily for review. Also, office duties of filing results and other documents back in patients charts.
I was the lead mammographer over the breast imaging department. I performed screening and diagnostic mammograms. I performed all QC tests according to the ACR and MQSA governing bodies. I successfully completed and passed all inspections while working here. I covered and helped to perform general radiography and fluoroscopy exams when needed. This company has since merged twice since I worked here to Signet and now Elite Imagning.
I was PRN working on Saturdays performing screening mammograms and bone density exams. I worked here after Elite imaging no longer were open on Saturdays for mammography.
I was PRN working Saturdays performing screening mammograms at Northside, Riverside, Arlington, And the Salisbury Road office that is closed now. Rotating as need to any of the offices. It was previously Signet Imaging before the acquisition under Elite Imaging. They ceased mammography in January of 2014 which I was not needed on Saturdays anymore.
I preformed screening and diagnostic mammography and breast needle/wire localizations. I rotated weekends performing portable radiographs, ER/trauma dept and portable x-rays, fluoroscopy exams and routine x-rays in radiology department on inpatients.
