Training -  Have held training sessions with groups as large as 100 and groups as small as 10,  have even held 1 on 1 training with individuals.
When giving training I look to give employees the knowledge needed to perform at a level where all company and customer demands are made. 
I've also been successful in getting the "Buy In" of the employees needed in order to get them to perform at higher level, to get them to feel and believe that what they do matters not only for the company but for themselves as well.
I've held training sessions not only with the employees who operate the machines but with management as well, "Buy In" is needed by everyone and that includes management and they are required to go through Training just like the operators, Leads and Material handlers do as well.
