My goal right now is to obtain my Masters in Organizational Leadership. I wish to gain experience in working for a company who has a long standing record or just starting out with their employees and their service they share with all of their customers. Though I have no experience in Human resources, or a work-related job in this field. I feel my years in the Food Chain has allowed me the ability of being organized, work with a great diverse group of people while adapting with the flow of the company. By being dependable, reliable and a hard worker. I was proven trust-worthy to train and interview new recruits. Schedule events, analyze their work ethics, while seeing where their productivity will lead them and which direction their counselors may wish to place them. Entailed with that is working with a schedule, handling much paperwork and bringing the staff together in meetings. Critiquing where we need to approve and how we can do better each time. Much of Human Resources is similar and I wish to be someone others can look up to. While providing a fair, honest and valued work experience for everyone.
