I am customer-oriented, focused on increasing production, reducing spoilage, minimizing equipment downtime, reducing costs and maximizing overall plant efficiency. I have history as being an effective team member with a full understanding of the can making process and production team needs whilst being well versed in maintenance planning and execution. I am also very proficient at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. I have broad industry experience that includes plant support, project planning, project supervision, communicating with equipment suppliers and new part development, design and implementation.
I have been actively involved with the equipment Wellness program since its inception where there was no real direction or instruction. I recently tasked the Process team with assembling part spreadsheets for each piece of equipment that would reduce planning time and part ordering errors. I have been slowly trying to build up our corporate spares to further reduce Wellness downtime and have plans of grandeur.
