  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that Units/Penthouse continue to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings have not been damage or has no evidence of deteriorations.
  • Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery found in hospitals, data centers, industrial factories and various types of mechanical rooms.
