For Fifteen years I have worked int customer service industry, I have learned what sets you apart from your competition is not just delivering a quality product, but delivering exceptional customer service. The Manner in how any customer interacts is the difference between earning their loyalty , and potentially losing a customer.Through my experience in training, motivating, and developing my front and back line staff, I have achieved consistent success in my career, I am passionate about taking my hospitality background, and translating it into success with a new company.
I would say the greatest accomplishment in my career would be the $12,000 catering order for Honda in April 2011. There was a week worth of negotiation on price per box lunch, which was around $10 per box. Honda was holding 36 events nation wide on different collegiate campus' for their new 2012 car line, i.e. Civic, and Accord. We were able to work a deal for $6 a box lunch and have our flags and skin wrapped Scion, Which-Wich logos,to be present at the event. To this day there has been no larger catering order in the history of this company to exceed 2,000 sandwiches in one order. There was a profit of just over 30% after labor, utilities, and other profit and loss equations. A great moment in Which-Wich history and for me as well.
