The major implementations that were involved:

1. Engineering document archiving for Mobil NSO 'A' Project using Alchemy software
This implementation covers hardware and software review, procurement, implementation and support.
The archived document is handed over to client as part of project closure.
The challenge on this work is to develop the archival process that retrievable with simple guideline and installation.
The archival media that used is CD-ROM.

2. Global hardware and software standardization for hardware, network and backbone software
This implementation covers hardware and software installation and support.
The hardware that used is IBM for laptop, Dell for desktop, HP for backbone server and Cisco for network device.
The software that used is Microsoft Windows 2000 product line up.
The challenge on this work is to deploy all hardware and software within the plan without compromising any failure on existing application.
Some technical assistance also provided by consultant that engaged during implementation.

3. Engineering timesheet sytem that connect to payroll, productivity, accounting and billing to client
This implementation cover hardware and sotware review, procurement, implementation and support.
The application is developed in McDermott Dubai office and implement in Jakarta to support the existing Project requirement.
The challenge on this work is to develop the application structure that align with Project requirement and replacing legacy timesheet system.
This includes providing the training to all employees.

4. PDMS 3D cad software for piping and mechanical engineering discipline
This implementation cover hardware and sotware review, procurement, implementation and support.
This is 3rd party application that used as standard 3D cad tool in Engineering office.
The challenge on this work is to develop implementation plan for all piping discipline group which includes license and server installation, and workstation with ultimate graphics performance.

5. Intools software for instrument engineering discipline
This implementation cover hardware and sotware review, procurement, implementation and support.
This is 3rd party application that used as smart instrument discipline drawing tool in Engineering office.
The challenge on this work is to develop implementation plan for all instrument discipline group which includes license and database server installation which is run on Oracle i.

6. Vendor and Engineering document control system using Microsoft Access
This implementation cover sotware review, implementation and support.
This is in-house built-in application that used to progress of Engineering performance based on document delivery.
The challenge on this work is to develop implementation plan replace the legacy system in dbaseIV with Microsoft Access 2000

7. Xerox machine upgrade
This implementation cover vendor and cost review, implementation and support.
This is part of regular maintenance for Xerox machine to use the latest model with more security and control for the cost purpose.
The challenge on this work is to plan the implementation without disrupting the existing service with effective and efficient cost.

Lead the application support team for Asia Pacific region.
Delivery the support plan and implementation for all global and regional applications that used in the region.

The major application that supported
1. Kronos
This is a world wide well-known time entry application that covers:
a. Timesheet for user entry that mainly used for payroll
b. Accrual configuration that mainly used for HR to monitor the leave balance 
c. Activity that mainly used for accounting and project to monitor employee work progress and charges

The implementation is covering all business requirement from HR, payroll, accounting and project controls.
This includes custom development that done by internal support team that also get supported by experts from Kronos.
The challenge of this work is to develop support plan for all locations in the region that covers Australia, Indonesia (Jakarta and Batam), Singapore and Malaysia for all employee categories.
The payroll system that connected to this system is SAP for this region.
The application is using compilation of several Java technology with MS-SQL as database.

2. Coreworx
This is a wide known application for document process that covers store, process workflow and archiving.
The support is covering implementation for new project, troubleshoot and database maintenance.
The application is using .Net standard with MS-SQL as database.

3. SAP
This application is used for payroll process in the region that covers Australia, Indonesia (Batam and Jakarta) and Singapore.
The support model is using consultant who work back to back with internal support team.
This application is using MS-SQL as database.
