I answer phones, ship materials to job sites, sort office mail, order and stock office and janitorial supplies. I assist office staff with general inquiry questions, coordinate local office events, maintain office lists, and am the point of contact to our office vendors and property manager.

I open, maintain and close all jobs in JD Edwards, with that I also build financial, correspondence and G drive folders for each job opened for tracking purposes. I set up new customers and vendors, request insurance certificates and answer any questions they might have. I set up purchase orders over $5K and enter payables and match them against the PO's. I invoice and maintain the office petty cash.

I audit staff a few times a month to make sure they are submitting their BBS form, JSA's and are signing off on their monthly safety toolboxes. I report office BBS and toolbox completion to corporate Safety.

I track fuel receipts, order staff fuel cards, and maintain files on each vehicle.
