During this job as an Inshop and Driver for a sub shop that was very fast paced, and quick thinking. As an inshop responsible for knowing a list of over 24 subs, and informing customers what come on them, and the different types of bread that it can be enjoyed on, while also receiving payments from customers on drive thru, front counter or over the phone when a order was called in. Prepared sandwiches in 30 seconds or less Assisted with opening and closing procedures when ever scheduled to close or opened or asked to come in early assist with procedures. In August of 2014 I was promoted to sampler where I would make 60 samples, and take them around to business, and try to promote the business, and boost up sales for a business that just opened May of 2014. March of 2015 I promoted to hourly manager where I was night manager, and manged a group of no more that 5 people per scheduled night shift. On June 2015 I was promoted to Assistant Manager where I worked morning and night shifts and managed a staff of 15 people. During my time as A.M. I was able to help cut food cost, labor, waste, and minimize complaints. I was also in charge of the complaints and properly handling the issue to the best of my ability while following company policies and procedures.
Plan events for new incoming freshman, and mentor 25+ and help them get accustom to college, and out of the high school mind frame. My title while I was with this organization was mentor, event coordinator, clean-up crew, assistant of fundraising.

November 2013 I was added on as a driver where if I was not out on a delivery I would answer phones placing customers orders that would be for delivery or for pick up. As a delievery driver I also collected payments via cash or having customers signing a credit card slip if paid by card. When not busy assist with keeping the store customer appealing, and keeping the kitchen and lobby floors swept
While working with this job I was able to be a writing coach to freshman who were in the program and need help with not only their English papers, but also with any other work that they may need help with. Tutored a number of 3-5 mentees at one time sometimes. Position also entitled for me to plan events for all the mentors and mentees to come to so we were able to shoe freshman what extra activities are available on campus, and who to go to in order to join, and qualification.
