I work with my fantastic team to build the Dallas Direct Fulfillment Center from the ground up as a Human Resource Generalist. As a team, we created and continue to execute the successful onboarding plans of 60+ Leaders and 600+ associates (and counting.) I have gained multi-building experience by currently supporting the Dallas Market - Market Delivery Operations as well as other MDO's throughout the country. I was the primary support for the Ohio Valley region MDO's for 6 months before the separate HR support teams were formed.
