Work History
03/2020 to Current
Human Resource Generalist Albany Charter School Network Elizabeth, CO,

I work with my fantastic team to build the Dallas Direct Fulfillment Center from the ground up as a Human Resource Generalist. As a team, we created and continue to execute the successful onboarding plans of 60+ Leaders and 600+ associates (and counting.) I have gained multi-building experience by currently supporting the Dallas Market - Market Delivery Operations as well as other MDO's throughout the country. I was the primary support for the Ohio Valley region MDO's for 6 months before the separate HR support teams were formed. I built relationships to become a trusted business partner to operational leaders providing support and guidance in regards to Standards of Performance and other company policies. I ensured I was available to associates at all times. I have helped many associates through their Homer Fund requests during tough times in their life and ensured confidence and speediness during the application process and fund raising when matching grants were the available option. I coordinate and schedule salaried Area Supervisor interviews, FITs and offers.
