To ensure quality services for program members by providing initial and ongoing training/development opportunities for all staff, in accordance with Person Centered plans.
Essential Functions:
*Provides training for staff in personal care, person centered planning, valued outcomes, staff action plans, policies and procedures, and performance expectations. Trains & Completes necessary documents/reports and ensures staff complete documentation as required. Assists in the follow up for missed documentation.

* Administers medications, provides direct support, participates in community activities, assists with doctor’s appointments, and assists with schedule as necessary.
*Responds to questions and concerns related to the implementation of goals/plans and refers other questions and concerns to the QIDP.
*Responsible and ensures shift routines/duties, program member in house engagement/activities and community activities are completed

*Initiates and oversees development and implementation of in house engagement and community inclusion for program members. Ensures necessary supplies are available for in house engagement.
