To ensure quality services for program members by providing initial and ongoing training/development opportunities for all staff, in accordance with Person Centered plans.
Essential Functions:
*Provides training for staff in personal care, person centered planning, valued outcomes, staff action plans, policies and procedures, and performance expectations.
