I have dedicated 26 years to customer service and 25 years of those i have been an Innovative Customer Service Manager who effectively executes process changes to improve operational efficiency. At Del Taco i was able to execute my skills and have achieved many awards such as highest comp sales, the excellence award, training store manager awards, service awards, and achieved my goal to become General Manager of the year.
