I was hired as a Store Supervisor at the Richfield location in August 2014. In December 2014 I was promoted to Assistant Manager at the Brooklyn Center location. Alongside the Store Manager, I helped create a new culture in this store which was, at the time, the lowest performing store in the company. By the end of 2015, this location was the strongest performing store and was the only store in the organization to meet production and sales goals for the fiscal year.
In July 2015 I was promoted to Store Manager of the Bloomington location. In January 2017 I was promoted to General Manager of the Richfield location, the largest store in the company.
