General Manager of a 30 Million + Rv and Boat dealership. Managed a team of 65 professionals. Responsible for marketing, operations of sales, Finance and insurance, RV and Boat service department, 18 million in inventory, customer service, warranty, tag and title, parts dept, body shop, accounting-cash flow, restaurant and maintained a facility that had over 150,000 sq ft building with 64 acres. Increased sales 90% and profitability 83% over 3 years. Raised customer satisfaction from 71% to 98%. Built a great team of employee's and reduced employee turnover 100%. Rebuilt community support and interaction that was much needed. Developed great relationship with vendors and had them involved in product training.
Was hired by attorneys and financial consultants to get out of trust dealership back in good standings with GE the floorplan company and get dealership profitable. Sold all aged new and used RV and Boat inventory and controlled expenses. After 10 months dealership was paying GE to their satisfaction on a timely basis and had aged inventory under control. Increased sales over 76% and had the dealership profitable for the first time in 6 years. Implemented new software to track daily progress. Was responsible for all day to day operations including marketing, inventory, accounting-cash flow, service, ordering all inventory, parts, customer service, vendor relations, sales, F&I and tag and title.
Was over the sales, marketing, F&I, tag and title, customer service, 20 million in inventory and the BDC dept. Over 14 years took a small RV dealership to over 50 million dollars in sales. Grew the dealership to the largest single location RV dealership in the state of Ga and the Worlds largest Coachmen dealership for over 8 years. Was over all of the marketing which included developing marketing strategies,TV and Radio spots, print ads and community involvement. Developed relationship with Nascar drivers, crew chiefs, teams and Atlanta Motor Speedway and started the Mid State RV family campground for kids and families to spend race weekend. Developed a great group of employees with almost zero turnover. Was responsible for ordering all inventory and maintaining a 4 turn of the inventory. Negotiated all deals with manufactures and had great relationship's with all of them which included Forest River, Coachmen, Keystone, Gulfstream, Tiffin, Thor and Travel Supreme.
We are liaison's between sponsors, fans, Nascar events and Nascar teams. We give once in a lifetime experiences to fans and sponsors at Nascar events. We provide complete packages from hospitality including all food and drinks and set up. We can supply garage passes, tickets ,transportation and lodging. Can also do any tailgating hospitality at any event. Have experience in doing weddings,birthdays, NHRA events and football games.
Owned and Managed 4 C-stores. Started the company with 1 store and built the company up to 4 successful stores. Managed over 50 employee's and all of day to day operations. Larger company bought all stores.
