GHEE LINE

Trained/ Skilled to:

  • Sanitation processes in which include the COP/ CIP procedures. Making sure to have QA swabs done.
  • Correct pipeline connections to complete the "Master Drain" and "Air Blow" processes. Disconnecting/ connecting of pipeline connections in order to remove as much water within the lines as possible.
  • Able to turn air regulator up or down as needed from 40 PSI to 80 PSI in order to properly complete Master Drain and Air Blow processes.
  • Can turn on Foot Foam.
  • Able to switch Melter, Kettles, Filters, Surge, and Hopper from "OOS" (out of service) mode to Production mode.
  • Able to turn Melter to production mode and set heat temp to 125 degrees. Ports on 'Flow Plate' are connected Horizontally.
  • Capable of loading 24 blocks of NS butter into melter for "Start Up" and throughout the shift.
  • Capable of setting up Kettles for production removing of Spray ball's and connecting "No-Foam" spouts.
  • Able to set Kettle temps to 245 degrees for Cooking or any desired temp.
  • Able to put together and connect flow valves for Filter Housings. Knowledgeable of which size filter goes to the correct Housing Unit. (25/5 micron filters)
  • Capable of putting Tote Line jumper connections properly together for Production. To pump 120 gallons of AMF into each Batch/Kettle.
  • Able to set Cooker Transfer pump to 100%, back to 15%
  • Capable of properly assembling and Connecting the Hopper.
  • Knowledgeable of Mesh screen placement procedure. Making sure to have a member of QA/Team Lead/ Supervisor verify that screens are intact and in good working order by initialing QA check document at the first hourly check position.
  • Able to load capper with lids.
  • Input LOT# and Expiration date into labeling system for on top of jar lids.
  • Able to set up sleever for both 7.5 and 13 OZ jars. The belt speeds needed and offset lengths.
  • Capable of turning Shrink Tunnel on and set to 120 degrees.
  • Knowledgeable of "Moisture Test" procedure. Using dipper, analyzer, pan and 2 pads. Making sure that moisture level does not exceed (0.2%) before transferring to Surge.
  • Able to turn fans and belts on for Spiral Cooler system in Warehouse Area.
