Shop aspect- As a Field Technician, my duties in the shop included, but are not limited to;

• Receiving gas lift designs from our engineers
• Creating job folders for each job we receive VIA oral instruction, or email
• Verifying all information regarding building, testing, and setting up any and all gas lift equipment is accurate and correct
• Keeping detailed records of shop and field paperwork of above said jobs
• Assisting management, and other field technicians counting, and verifying inventory for day to day operations, and for other purposes such as ordering new inventory
• Ensuring that shop personnel is performing their duties properly and thoroughly
• Making sure that each job that is set up has appropriate gas lift accessories and BHA equipment on hand to send with each job
• Assembling, and tightening necessary tools, packers, and other equipment as needed
• Retrieving needed tools, BHA tools and equipment from other vendors as needed
• Ensuring that the shop is in neat, clean, and operating order to safely and efficiently perform all shop duties as needed
• Building and improving racks, shelves, and other safe, to effectively and safely store gas lift equipment and tools

Field aspect- As a Field Technician, my duties in the field include, but are not limited to;

• Verifying that all shop work, is accurate and correct before delivering it to the field for install or drop off
• Safely, and efficiently driving company vehicles to and from locations, shops, and vendors
• Accurately calculating pipe tallies, utilizing data entry software, such as Microsoft Excel
• Accurately measuring all BHA tools and equipment
• Accurately recording above said tools, gas lift equipment, and BHA
• Accurately marking and flagging tallied tubing
• Picking up all BHA, tools, gas lift equipment, and other accessories such as gauge or chemical mandrels in the correct place and order
• Ensuring that while picking up all equipment and tools, that it is done in a safe and efficient manner that it does not put anyone in harms way, also keeping the equipment from being damaged
• Ensuring torque readings are in specification on the rig and tongs so that equipment and tools are properly torqued
• Accurately recording all measurements and depths according to tool lengths, and tallied pipe lengths on an install sheet for the client and our company records
• Promptly creating tickets, obtaining company representative signatures, and turning all tickets, install sheets, JSA's to appropriate recipients
• Returning pulled gas lift equipment and tools to the shop, inspecting them, performing tear down reports upon request
• Ensuring that pulled / used equipment that is suitable for reconditioning is placed in customer property for inventory purposes

As a Wireline Operator, my duties included but were not limited to;

• Safely and efficiently driving perforators, cranes, grease units, to and from various locations and job sites for various clients
• Working along side other operators, engineers, and other personnel on location, rigging up, and rigging down all wire line tools and equipment
• Safely, and systematically disassemble, clean, re-assemble, and test various types of wire line tools
• Rigged for various aspects of wire line work, such as multiple types of logging jobs, perforating, pipe recovery, cementing, completion tools, and fishing jobs
• Rigged for wire line pressure control
• Safely return all equipment to the yard after each job
• Wash trucks, tools, pressure control equipment to keep it in safe operating condition
