I studied Food Science and Human Nutrition with a concentration in Food Science at The University of Maine. As I finished my studies at UMaine I started working as an intern at LaBree's Bakery in Old Town, ME. During my internship at LaBree's Bakery I developed and implemented an SQF system. Once the Facility was audited under that standard and earned an SQF Certification I was asked to come on as a full time employee to continue to run the SQF program.
