-Develop extensive tactical and operational training products for installed Sonar systems on-board fleet submarine assets resulting in increased system understanding directly supporting mission effectiveness.

-Working with Navy program leadership, I aggressively cleared or revived several stagnant program action items to completion, some items were idle for as much as two years. My efforts resulted in approximately 25% completion in just three months.

-Provided direct customer support by constructing two 8 lead fiber cables used for troubleshooting and bench testing in a lab environment. These cables are used for multiple testing configurations directly resulting in increased lab efficiency.

-Working with fleet training leadership, I developed several training exam questions which are used submarine fleet wide. This material directly reduces the needed preparation time of all submarine training groups by making available approved training assessment materials while directly improving the training standard fleet wide.

-Conducted extensive troubleshooting of auxiliary Sonar equipment to include Sonar communication systems, Noise Monitoring equipment, computer server replacements, and fiber optic repair directly contributing to fleet mission readiness.

-Provided technical training to crew members in all aspects of fault isolation, repair, parts procurement directly increasing crew proficiency and troubleshooting skills.

-Provided technical recommendations to local submarine leadership with best path analysis, risk assessment and Sonar system impact analysis for required repairs.

-Completed comprehensive Active Sonar units inspections as directed by Commander Submarine Atlantic Forces (SUBLANT) to include visual and mechanical assessments of fire damages.
