Hi, I’m Jessica, I am a spirited personal trainer with weight management expertise and the ability to motivate others toward accomplishing weight loss goals. I have experience in designing classes to match the skill and learning levels of all participants that will help improve individuals in life and body transformations. I also know specific sports training, with being an athlete myself from high school and to semi-pro and arena football, I have trained and been mentored by some of the most brilliant people in the fitness industry. I always treat each client like they are my only client because I know the role of a personal trainer isn’t just about spotting during exercises, it’s giving courage to clients when they don’t see it yet, it’s seeing them reach goals well before they even imagine reaching those goals.
