While at Big Horn Construction and Reclamation being in the field supervisor position. I was in charge of all our contract pumper operations. Along with pushing up to four roustabout crews on a daily basis. I have extensive experience in building facilities. Oil battery's, salt water disposals, and compressor stations along with doing gas lifts. I was responsible for a good part of the hiring and termination of employees. On a general daily basis I was responsible for fifteen to twenty crew members. Tackling and taking care of design problems as they came. Was in charge of making sure all safety expectations were met, including safety equipment and the scheduling and training of crew members. Maintained high standards of safety, productivity and quality for every job.

I ended this job being proficient in all aspects of shop operations. This job ended with me being laid off and the company going out of business.
