  • Extensive experience with transmitters, receivers, processors, RCI's, analog-to-digital converters, LCD display systems, component level troubleshooting and circuit board repair.

  • Responsible for the UHF Satellite Communications and Line of Site system, which includes the Transceivers, multi-coupler systems, amplification and frequency multiplication system, antennas (receive/transmit), and the stabilization and control system.
  • Installed, built and repaired fiber optic lines to expand the shipboard network system.
  • Responsible for all on-board electronic testing equipment and the training junior technicians on correct use of equipment for maintenance and repair. (Electronic test equipment Petty Officer).
