I have developed and integrated precision maintenance and safety programs including job and hazard analysis (JSA), lock out-tag-out (LOTO), and electrical safety programs using on the job and Power Point training formats that include qualification and review. Accomplishments
    After researching numerous programs we recently purchased a new CMMS (Guide Ti) to replace an unsupported system (Bench Mate). My role was to developed new maintenance programs for thousands assets across multiple departments. In this role I worked with multiple teams representing their departments (engineering, calibration, and manufacturing). Development included maintenance procedure activities, scheduling, work order management, load balancing, creating a new LOTO program, integrating paper documents to digital format (attached to asset), and developing metrics and KPI indicators. We most recently developed and implemented a new maintenance labor scheduling format for work load balancing based on employee resources. This CMMS program now meets and exceeds ISO standards in asset management and documentation.
