I have spent the last thirteen years in the workforce meeting people from all walks of life. I have embraced their stories, their hardships, and their triumphs. I have learned from them, with them, and I have taught them. In doing so, I have acquired elite skills in networking and communication. I have often times worked in customer service where there are multitudes of emotions ranging from jovial bliss to seething hatred and, as a manager, am often times the last line of defense for both customer and associate. It is important for both to leave happy. It is important to celebrate the victories as well as learn from the defeats. My leadership skills come wholeheartedly from listening to what people have to communicate and adjusting accordingly. I understand this objective is unorthodox, however, working for and developing people is my passion. My belief in individuals and every facet that goes with it fuels my goal to be a positive force for all people and in turn, this company. My goal is to work in software development where I will grow into a full-time programmer, looking to specialize in Front End development.
