Responsible for managing major improvement and construction projects including, Office Conversions, Space Planning of Multi-Floor Tenant Build-Outs ($35K-400K). Arrange and conduct walk-throughs with various engineers and contractors for repairs, replacements and upgrades. Supervise Facilities Specialists, Porters and Handymen staff of 45 consultants while ensuring timely completion of work orders and quality service. Generate and presented regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases to senior management. Managed, negotiated and review service contracts to ensure facility management needs are being met while benefiting from cost savings.
