I reviewed issues, logged and tracked defects and was a liaison between the business unit and IT/Deloitte developers, helping to explain the CONNECT program was doing and provide information on how it should be corrected, to ensure that the business unit was able to perform and complete their daily duties in accordance with applicable State laws and federal regulations. I tested fixes for the defects and provided feedback and signed off on the final resolutions for countless defects.
