Arizona Training Program of Coolidge Arizona has taught me a lot about love, care, respect, and compassion . Here we have individuals who require our servicers to make their everyday living happy and easier. I've learned a lot with having patience and the importance of each individuals different types of strategies and programs. We are here to assist the residents increase fine motor skills, knowledge and up keep with their hygiene and medical needs. See something say something is a very powerful term here it is to remind us that our residents cannot all speak nor defend themselves it is up to us and our duty to make sure our residents are well taken care of and safe where they do not have a voice mine is used for them. All of our residents here have programs and strategies data that is collected upon each ones everyday routine to learn more about their physical, emotional and also their humane needs this data is important; it allows us to know what our residents need from us to help them live a better longer life. I can proudly say i enjoy my job here and hope to continue assisting and caring for each resident and learn new ways to help them live a better life.

Supervisor , 08/2018 - 08/2019
Trinity Food Services Group City, STATE,

Trinity Food Services Group has taught me the diligence of appreciating your team. No one can do a job alone especially when it comes to feeding 1800 individuals. The work establishment had taught me safe food handling techniques and customer service to those eating the food. Working for Trinity Food Service to help make sure the individuals residing at the Florence DOC Facility had taught me that respect is earned not taken. The meaning of this is one person is one person with one mind one idea when you learn to listen to your employees with their ideas you become part of a team to make the hard situation easier. Trinity had taught me time management the clock did not stop from the moment you step on grounds. I've faced times where i have had to plan 5-7 days ahead to ensure we were stocked with whatever we needed for the following days to come. I had also faced numerous situation where id have to stop what i was doing to retrieve missing product from the warehouse or another facility and intrusting that my staff was okay enough to handle what i have asked/ instructed to be done by the time of my arrival for things to run smooth. Which brings me back to respect is not taken its earned if your staff knows that you do care and you trust them as well as their ideas they are more likely to succeed in a difficult situation other than to fold with uncertainty or lack of confidence. I had always been the one to encourage my team because that's what we were a team.

Maintenance, Cashier, 06/2016 - 08/2018
Walmart City, STATE,

Working at my local Walmart I learned how to deal with multiple situations at once that helped me learn to contain a messy situation or an unfriendly altercation/ disagreement. I've had the pleasure of learning customer service to help those in need while they are trying to find whatever it is they are in search of for their everyday living. Customers are always right although not all are nice Walmart has taught me a great deal of patients and care. Throughout any of the difficult trials that comes with an upset customer Walmart has made it easy to speak with individuals to help tend to their wants and need with care and compassion this way everyone leaves with a smile. Walmart has taught me the value you of Clean, Safe, and Friendly customer service.
