Am responsible for the overall sales, profitability, customer service, operations, visual strategies, and inventory management for the stores in charge. My responsibilities included but are not limited to:
DRIVE FOR RESULTS: The ability to be a brand ambassador and have the passion for delivering the best selling experience to clients while ensuring all team members provide the highest level of service. Also, demonstrate sales leadership for the team by playing an active role on the sales floor with a personal accountability for sales results while maintaining a minimum sales per hour/day goal. Supervise and motivate the store team, providing inspiration to drive sales and exceed customer service expectation through coaching, providing effective feedback and reward by recognizing accomplishments.
MERCHANDISING: Drive sale results through the successful planning and execution of company merchandising guidelines. Ensure the store standard and replenishment expectations are understood and adhered to by all employees. Also utilized analytical skills in order to make strategic merchandising moves in a timely manner based on business reports and sell through.
HUMAN RESOURCES: Resolve all HR issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the HR department when necessary. Writing and administration of all performance appraisals to ensure results. Ensure managers are trained utilizing the right growth and development program and that bi-weekly one-on-ones occur consistently.
TALENT: Recruit, interview, train, and develops a quality staff for the store. Ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner. Ensure all employees are constantly trained on product knowledge, and loss prevention.
OPERATIONS: Ensure the sales floor is adequately covered by scheduling associates to productivity while maintaining payroll budgets.
STOCK: Maintains efficient system for receiving stocks shipments, transfers, markdowns, and handling of defective merchandise. Communicate all inventory issues to the appropriate parties. Assist in general housekeeping duties within the store.
LOSS PREVENTION: Ensure all cash handling and LP policies and procedures are consistently enforced. Ensures store's profits are maximized through effective inventory control.
Assumed complete responsibility for driving the business as a store manager foe the store in charge.

Trained and supervised under Macy's selling technique and standards, sold an average of 100 bottles per shift (Holiday Season). Took initiative on creating gift sets and also was involved in marketing/visuals strategies towards sales generation while respecting brand integrity.
