Implement and maintain Automated Scheduling process and procedures, in a group of stores. Manage a team of staffing planners that will produce schedules for a district. Review store schedules with Sales Managers. Train store management and district partners on the scheduling best practices. Travel to stores weekly and meet with store management on analysis that relates to staffing, business trends, productivity, selling cost, openings, floor configuration changes and pertinent selling statistics. Meet weekly with district merchant on emerging businesses and changes to fob strategies. Act as liaison to corporate staffing on pertinent system and staffing changes. Perform schedule audits on key event business days. Supervise the planning of weekly staff schedules in order to achieve planned staffing goals, productivity per hour and selling cost.
