We were a 70 million dollar box at that time so we were always busy and had to make sure my cashier\'s and head cashiers were always ready for the customers.
In charge of all my own reviews for my associates with input from my head cashiers.
Had 1 head cashier I had to put on a PIP and follow-up with her on a weekly basis to make sure she was improving as a head cashier.
When I was promoted that head cashier was promoted into the FES position.
I also took an end cap every month and with the help of my cashiers and head cashiers we would merchandise a product of our choice to promote and sell.
