I managed the Plant Operations, Facilities Management, Construction Management and facilities repair of a short term acute hospital.
Major accomplishments includes tenant improvement of third floor and converted the space to Long Term Acute Care facility.
Renovated the fourth floor and converted the space to an Independent Rehabilation Facility.
Upgraded the Central Plant.
Rebuilt two boilers, repiped all boiler feed line, installed three new Water Softeners, replaced both Medical Air compressors, rebuilt central vacuum system, replaced two 500 HP centifugal chiller, overhauled the cooling tower and upgraded the HVAC pneumatic control system.
Completed the plan for the installtion of a new 750 KW Emergency Generator and installed two 500 HP Centrifugal chillers.
Prepared the department budget and managed same.
I manage the facility computerized Work Order and Preventive Maintenance System.
Responsible for a successful Environment of Care review for Joint Commission for Hospital Accreditation triennial inspection.

I managed the repair and maintenance of all Corporation and fourteen Campus Dining venues, Physical Plant and Facilities Equipment.
I planned, managed and completed the refrigeration upgrade for Campus Dining refrigeration system by installing a more energy efficient refrigeration rack system that replaced all fourteen walk-in freezers and refrigeration unit compressors, evaporators and upgraded the system to eliminate all R-12 and R-22 refrigerant system.
This project reduced the energy bill by twenty four percent.
Managed numerous Campus Dining remodels and facilities upgrade including the major construction of Sage Restaurant and Garden Grille (Central Dining Facility).
I installed a computerized preventive maintenance system that enabled the department to track all repairs and maintenance of all equipment.
Organized the maintenance shop to allow more work space for maintenance technicians, organized all spare parts and supplies allowing quick parts and supplies inventory and retrieval.
Managed the Custodial Department for Campus Dining.

I was responsible for the successful Joint Commission for Accreditation of Hospitals review and accreditation requirements for both facilities.
