Produced 10 all-conference members, two-time NorPac East Division Offensive Player of the Year and a pair of NorPac Maria Whitehead Rookie of the Year honorees.
Earned the NFHCA's National Team Award from 2011-2015 with eight students being tabbed Scholars of Distinction the past three seasons.
Captured back-to-back conference championships with wins against #10 Stanford in 2013 and #3 Stanford in 2014.
Made two NCAA appearances in four years with a "Sweet 16" victory in 2014 only to later fall to the #1 seed UNC 2-1 in the final minutes of play.
Held a Top 10 winning percentage for four straight seasons.
Ranked as high as #5 in the country in RPI in 2015.
Coached program's first All-American in 2015 as well as seven all-region players over the last five seasons.

Managed all phases of recruitment including defining team needs, coordinating visits and negotiation.

Founded Pathfinder Hockey, a field hockey organization that seeks to serve the people of Uganda by relieving them of poverty, hardship and distress by using sports to bring hope and change.
Organized and hosted camps and clinics for over 200 area youth. Led four service trips to Uganda with as many as 20 team members.
Partnered with several NCAA Division I programs collecting uniforms and other gear to ship to Uganda.
Facilitated shipments of field hockey gear, uniforms and books to several non-profit organizations in Uganda.
