Daily programming available for members along with a variety of private office and co-working spaces, food & beverage services and multiple event venues. Responsible for directing overall club operations including member/guest relations, regulatory compliance, building maintenance and HR related matters. Managed the direct operations and staffing for the guest services, concierge, valet, security, IT and housekeeping departments. Responsible for managing the financial outlook of the Beverly Hills club through budgeting, P&L management, forecasting and revenue tracking.
