  • Supervise and assign duties to 3 personnel in a desktop support environment, providing support for over 500 clients within the Office of Natural Resources Revenue located in the Denver Federal Center by phone, remote, or in person as needed to minimize downtime.  De-installed and re-installed over 400 workstations two days ahead of schedule with minimum disruption of services during the relocation of the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement.  Assisted in establishing the Continuity of Operations Plan site in order to test imaging software, software stability, and network capabilities.  Volunteered to travel to remote office site in order to provide desktop support and replacement of network equipment, thus increasing office productivity and efficiency.  Responsible for the installation, setup, and configuration of new systems for all new employees, to include the relocation of equipment as necessary.  Collaborate with LAN technicians/network administrators to ensure efficient operation of company's desktop computing environment.
